VetClause is licensed per practice, not per person. Every plan includes the full reference — benefits, limits, waiting periods, exclusion wording and the claims route for each South African pet insurance plan. Plans differ in how many colleagues you can add and how many AI Assists your team shares each day.

Every new practice starts with a free 1-week trial — no card needed — with up to 5 users and 5 AI Assists a day.

Why is there a daily cap on AI chats?

Every answer Clause gives is researched live against the insurers' own policy documents — and each question has a real computing cost behind it. Daily allowances keep VetClause affordable for every practice while making sure Clause stays fast and accurate for your whole team. Your allowance is shared across the practice and resets at midnight; if you need more, upgrade your plan or add extra AI capacity — there's no per-person charge.
