VetClause is licensed per practice, not per person. Every plan includes the full reference, benefits, limits, waiting periods, exclusion wording and the claims route for each South African pet insurance plan. Plans differ in how many colleagues you can add and how many AI Assists your team shares each day.

Why is there a daily cap on AI chats?

Manual lookup of the full policy database is free and unlimited. AI Assist is the shortcut: Clause 🐭 searches VetClause’s own curated policy database, not the wider internet, and turns the relevant wording into a clear answer. That keeps answers grounded in the insurer documents, not outdated pages or guesses. Each AI answer has a real computing cost, so daily allowances keep VetClause affordable and fast. Your practice shares the allowance, which resets at midnight; upgrade or add capacity if you need more.

Prices exclude VAT. Daily AI Assist counts are shared by the whole practice and reset at midnight. Clause answers only from the insurer's own policy documents. VetClause provides factual information only, it does not give advice and does not compare or rank insurers' plans. Questions? Contact us.
